What is coaching all about?
How do you spend your time? What drives you? What guides you? What fulfills you? What’s next? How will you get there? What’s stopping you?
When was the last time you really thought about these questions?
What the coaching process will be like for you will depends on where you are, on why you decide to engage in a coaching relationship, and on what you put into it.
Here are some examples of where people are when they decide to engage with a coach:
We sometimes move through life on auto-pilot, without reflecting or taking charge of our choices. You may feel stuck, you may feel like something is missing, you may be repeating the same unhelpful patterns, or “phoning it in.” You may feel tired and stressed and not know how to press reset. How can you be more engaged in your own life?
You may have a new role at work, or a business challenge, and need help to make the most of it. You may be nervous about meeting expectations in a certain situation. Or perhaps you are struggling with new challenges as a parent, or with a creative project that’s stalled. How can you navigate your business and personal relationships, be effective in progressing and owning your power, and make a bigger impact, while keeping true to yourself and honoring your needs and desires in the other areas of your life?
